My primary goal is to help my clients become more self-aware. The world we live in lacks self-awareness and many of us don’t know how to tap into our authentic selves. I hope to help my clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I want to help them see their potential because I believe everyone has the potential to be the best version of themselves if they are willing to be courageous and put forth the effort. I enjoy helping people who struggle with anxiety, behavioral problems, relationship issues, self-esteem, and trauma. I especially enjoy working with teenagers and young adults as they are exploring their identity.
