Do Meaningful Work
With People Who Have Your Back
For clinicians who want to practice independently, but never alone.

What it is actually like
Honestly, it feels different because you are trusted to do your job without being left on your own.
Independence without isolation
You have room to make clinical decisions, build a schedule that works for your life, and practice in a way that feels like you. No scripts. No one hovering over you. No constant pressure to prove your productivity every week.
But you are also not practicing in isolation.
There are people here you can talk to when a case is complicated, when you need another perspective, or when you simply need to say, “This week has been a lot.” Consultation is normal here. Sharing what we know is normal. We want clinicians who value collaboration, not competition.
Support beyond the session
We also try to keep your role focused on the work you were trained to do. You care for your clients and keep your documentation strong. Our team handles the scheduling, billing, credentialing, insurance issues, marketing, and much of the administrative load that can make private practice exhausting.
The expectations are real, but they are clear. We care about follow-through, communication, good documentation, and how we show up for clients and one another. You will have consistent support and feedback from people who know you beyond your name and your appointment numbers.
Work that can last
We want this work to be sustainable.
That means flexibility, time away, room to grow, and a schedule that makes sense for your life as well as your clients.
It also means recognizing that growth does not always have to look like adding more sessions. Sometimes it looks like developing a specialty, creating something new, stepping into leadership, or simply becoming more confident in the work you already love.
Honest
Clear expectations, direct communication, and feedback grounded in respect.
Supportive
People you can turn to when the work is complicated or the week has been heavy.
Accountable
A shared commitment to clients, documentation, follow-through, and one another.

Finding Solace is probably a good fit for someone who wants independence, but not isolation. Someone who takes their work seriously without taking themselves too seriously. Someone who wants to be part of a team where people are honest, supportive, accountable, and willing to help.
