Registered Dietitian | Nutrition Educator
Abigail turns overwhelming nutrition guidance into realistic next steps shaped around health needs, culture, access, routines, and development.
Three paths to individualized nutrition care
Clients may self-refer. Healthcare referrals are welcome.
♡
Pediatric & Family Nutrition
Developmentally appropriate support for picky eating, limited variety, feeding and family-mealtime stress, body-image or eating concerns, and medical nutrition needs for children and teens.
✓
Adult Nutrition & Wellness
Weight-neutral education for everyday nutrition, energy and routines, sustainable habits, medication-related appetite changes, and less stress or confusion around food.
◇
Medical Nutrition Therapy
Nutrition care as part of the treatment plan for diabetes and metabolic health, cardiovascular concerns, liver or kidney health, digestive needs, and other chronic conditions.
These are common referral needs and not the limits of registered dietitian care.
What to expect
1. Start with the full picture
Abigail learns about health history, routines, food preferences, symptoms, goals, and what has or has not worked before.
2. Build realistic next steps
The plan respects medical needs, development, lifestyle, culture, access, budget, and readiness for change.
3. Coordinate and adjust
Follow-up care supports progress and coordination with medical or mental-health professionals when appropriate and authorized.
For physicians and referral partners
Refer a child, teen, adult, or family for nutrition assessment, wellness support, eating concerns, or medical nutrition therapy. Abigail can coordinate around diagnoses, symptoms, medications, labs, and treatment goals.
