Rachel has experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. She works with clients who have a variety of challenges such as: depression, anxiety, trauma, communication, relational, and behavioral issues, self-esteem, and more! She utilizes Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Her goal for therapy is to offer a safe space where clients can feel heard and supported while helping them work towards achieving their goals.

I enjoy working with clients of all ages and particularly enjoy working with adolescent and teen girls. I work with clients who have a variety of challenges such as: depression, anxiety, trauma, communication, relational, and behavioral issues, self-esteem, and more!
Available Monday – Thursday from 9am – 6pm with my last session of the day being scheduled for 5pm.

I am passionate about creating a safe space for my clients where they can feel heard and supported in their journey towards healing and change. I strive to build a relationship based on trust and empathy with my clients, recognizing their unique needs. Through this process, I help clients discover and build upon the strengths and resources in their lives.
