My goal is to help people of all ages to embark on their journey of healing and improvement. I hope to empower my clients to become equipped with the tools that are needed to navigate through life’s hardships. I have a special interest in working with minority populations, exploring the effects of historical trauma, as well as working with adolescent and teen girls. It has always been my passion to empower adolescents and teen girls as they transition into adulthood. I believe that everyone has the inner-strengths and skill set to persevere through obstacles. Everyone has a story and has the right and the power to rewrite that story to change the outcome.
