Fully Licensed Clinicians
Current available positions:
LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
Full-Time, W-2
Location: West Monroe, Louisiana
A role built for clinicians who want independence without isolation
A role built for clinicians who want independence without isolation
At Finding Solace, your job is straightforward: provide excellent clinical care and quality documentation.
We handle the rest.
That includes scheduling, billing, credentialing, insurance follow-up, compliance support, marketing, software, and a furnished office. You should be able to focus on your clients without carrying the full administrative burden of running a private practice.
What You Can Expect
Predictable pay
Fully licensed clinicians start at a guaranteed $45 per clinical hour as W-2 employees, paid every pay period.
*Clinicians who bring an active caseload may receive additional consideration.
Required meetings and trainings are paid at $20 per hour. Nothing mandatory is unpaid.
Your pay is not tied to when an insurance company processes a claim. You are paid for the clinical work you complete, even if a claim is denied, a client has not yet paid, or an insurer later changes its rules. Finding Solace carries that business risk rather than passing it on to clinicians.
A sustainable caseload
Full-time clinicians are expected to complete 22 clinical hours per week.
We review those hours cumulatively each quarter rather than treating every week as identical. That gives you room to plan around vacations, family responsibilities, and the natural ups and downs of life.
We will not promise an instant full caseload. Building one is a partnership. We work to generate referrals, and you help us understand your availability, preferred populations, and best client matches. Some clinicians want to build quickly; others prefer a more gradual pace. We set the goal together and work toward it through a structured, paid onboarding process.
Control over your schedule
Your schedule is developed collaboratively and managed by you.
We want your hours to work for your clients, but we also want them to make sense for your life. Time away does not require navigating a long approval chain. You can structure your clinical hours around planned vacations and personal responsibilities while still meeting the expectations of the role.
Real clinical support
You will have access to:
- Regular check-ins focused on support rather than surveillance
- Consultation with the clinical director or leadership when needed
- Colleagues who share knowledge and talk through difficult cases
- Structured quarterly feedback and planning so documentation or compliance concerns do not become surprises
- Paid supervision when applicable
We expect clinicians to practice independently, but we do not expect anyone to practice alone.

- Collaborate respectfully with clinical and administrative staff

- Malpractice coverage
- TherapyNotes with remote access

- Possibility for student loan repayment *See below*
Finding Solace is also working toward offering health insurance coverage. Because that benefit is still being developed, we will not present it as guaranteed until it is in place.
Student loan repayment opportunity
Finding Solace is an NHSC-approved site.
Eligible clinicians may apply for the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program, which may provide up to $50,000 in student loan repayment in exchange for a qualifying service commitment. Eligibility, selection, and award decisions are made by NHSC and HRSA, so Finding Solace cannot guarantee funding.
Room to grow
We do not believe a sustainable career should mean seeing clients back-to-back for decades with no other path forward.
Clinicians are encouraged to develop specialties, explore leadership, contribute to new services, and find ways to build professionally without simply adding more sessions. Growth may look different for each person, and we want to support the direction that makes sense for you.
Who we are looking for
You may be a strong fit if you are:
- Fully licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Louisiana without restrictions or encumbrances
- Comfortable working with individuals, couples, or families
- Committed to excellent documentation
- Open to consultation and feedback
- Dependable, communicative, and collaborative
- Interested in being part of a team rather than simply using an office or receiving referrals
- Committed to serving clients respectfully across differences in identity, beliefs, relationships, background, and life experience
