Shirley, a Registered Play Therapist, enjoys working with families and children up to 19 years of age. She works with clients who have a variety of challenges, some of which are PTSD, trauma from sexual abuse, family counseling, relationship, depression, low self-esteem, mood and anxiety struggles, stress, loss and grief, gender identity, anger management, and adjustment and transition issues.

I treat all ages of children and adults. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families. I work with clients who have a variety of challenges, some of which are PTSD, trauma from sexual abuse, family counseling, relationship, depression, low self-esteem, mood and anxiety struggles, stress, loss and grief, gender identity, anger management, and adjustment and transition issues.
Vision/Goal for Therapy:
My goal is to provide my clients with tools so that they can achieve their own vision of health and happiness.
Additional Information:
I have received training in TBRI (Trust Based Relational Intervention) and work through a trauma informed lens . I am certified in Triple P Parenting so I can help families improve their parenting skills for their families. In addition, I am a Registered Play Therapist and believe in the power of “play” in a person and family’s healing.
