Sometimes, the small things make the biggest difference and the largest challenges aren’t so big in perspective. I believe that counseling can provide that perspective and be a remarkable and rewarding journey. The process is not always easy and can be a very daunting thing to undertake. Realizing this, I always feel so honored when my clients are willing to include me on their journey. I enjoy working with adults, families, and children as they determine who they want to become and are willing to do whatever is necessary to make it happen. My approach for all my clients is client-centered, solution-focused, and holistic. I see the therapeutic relationship as a partnership with my clients. I work with a variety of challenges, such as trauma, family counseling, relationship struggles, children’s challenges, depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, stress, loss and grief, gender identity, anger management, and life transitions.
