Vision/Goal for Therapy:
Welcome! You have taken the first step towards positive change by seeking help, and making that first step is often one of the most difficult steps in the therapeutic process. From here, you and I can work together to identify and address unhealthy thought and communication patterns, process through life transitions and difficult situations of the past and present, and develop more appropriate coping skills. My experiences, both professional and personal, lead me to connecting with genuine empathy, understanding, and acceptance. I consider you to be the expert in your life, and I am dedicated to helping you find peace and empowerment through healing and personal growth.
If you are seeking an opportunity to have a positive impact on your life, gain deeper insight, and work towards your goals, then it would be a privilege to collaborate with you on the journey.
