Counseling Rates
If you’re unable to use your insurance benefits, our rates are highly competitive. In some instances, we may be able to offer financial assistance if you qualify.
We are able to accept cash and credit/debit cards. We are also qualified to accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Medical Saving Accounts (MRA) which are usually set up through your employer. Contact your employer’s Human Resources Department to see if this may be an option for you. We are also partnered with Pelican Trade Network to accept Moxey.
Using Insurance
The insurance companies that we frequently work with are listed to the right. We are currently in-network with these insurances and are able to offer in-network rates. Please call our office for more information on whether your insurance policy will provide coverage.
Each individual policy is different so we have to get your insurance information in order to check your benefits. Typically, we ask you provide this information when setting up your first appointment. We then contact the insurance company to confirm your expected financial responsibility. This could vary from insurance covering 100% of services to you having to pay a small copay or coinsurance amount. You may also need to meet a deductible before insurance will assist in paying for services. While we do our best to make sure all information is provided and clear before services begin, we cannot 100% guarantee insurance coverage information. For this reason, we make sure to stay on top of coverage and claim information in order to address any issues as they come up. While you will still remain responsible for any balances due, we will do our best to ensure your treatment isn’t effected and the balance is taken care of in whatever way is manageable for you.
Special Programs
Real Help Program: The Real Help Program was designed to fill a growing need in our community. We have seen so many go without mental health support because area agencies don’t take their insurance plans and/or they cannot afford the cash rates offered. We want to be a resource to everyone so that finances are not ever the determining factor in your access to support. If you have any concerns about needing therapy but not being able to afford it, please call our office and let us help you get set up with our Real Help Program. Our goal is for everyone to have someone and this is one step closer to how we get there.
Tend Program: You never know when you will be affected by trauma or a natural disaster. When those things happen and your life takes a turn, we want to make sure you have what you need to get back on track. These moments shouldn’t be full of questions about insurance companies or payment needed….it should be about you. The TEND (Traumatic Experience & Natural Disaster) Program was created so you can focus on YOU and getting your life back to a sense of balance, order, and hope. If you are needing support for a recent traumatic experience that is causing difficulty in your life, please reach out and take advantage of our FREE services.
