I believe that therapy is a place to look in the mirror and examine the parts of you that were made from survival, acknowledge their impact, and allow yourself to replace surviving with thriving. I believe that within the partnership of therapy, we can work to discover the unique parts of you that are waiting to be shown. My goal is to help my clients learn to see themselves in a new way and to use that vision to help craft the life that they want. I enjoy working with people of all ages with a wide variety of presenting issues. I especially enjoy working with people who are neurodivergent.
