Vision/Goal for Therapy:
I teach resiliency after facing ambiguous and real loss, while also teaching body confidence to plus size individuals.
My goal for my clients is that they achieve a higher self-confidence while not feeling alone in their trials.
Additional Information:
I am highly trained in teaching resiliency when facing a loss (death) or ambiguous loss (losing someone in your life that has chosen to leave your life). I teach resiliency through gracious and uninhibited therapy styles that focuses on the individual.
While teaching resiliency, I also promote a therapy style that is beneficial for plus size individuals in body confidence, body dysmorphia, and self-esteem.
I work with individuals, couples, and families through a systemic lens while also focusing on key points of change in a existential therapy lens. I want to encourage my therapy room to be the helpful resource on creating a new journey through life’s battle. I show my care for my clients by creating an inclusive and raw environment where together, we can tackle any issue and work towards effective change in a client’s life.
