Ages & Issues Treated:
I work with people of all ages regarding individual, relationship, and family related issues. I have a passion for working with children and young adults during their transitional moments of life. I tackle many different challenges with clients, including: boundary-setting, self-esteem issues, self-growth, and much more.
Vision/Goal for Therapy:
My overall goal for therapy is to have every client see the value in themselves; for them to be their most authentic self in every way. An important message of therapy for me is to have my clients feel safe and heard; I will always fight for them to have a voice. I will be as transparent about myself and with my clients as they would like; I am a partner in their journey and will meet each client wherever they are at in their journey. Our therapeutic space is always a judgment free zone.
Additional Information:
People are my speciality. Making a human connection is an important part of the therapeutic process, and I always try to be my most genuine self. I treat my clients as I do my loved ones and always extend grace.
